VOLU is a non-governmental organization based in Accra, Ghana, that organizes 3-4 week voluntary workcamps, with both Ghanaian and International Volunteers. We build schools and community centres, plant trees in deforested areas, organize AIDS education campaigns, and more. The projects are a great opportunity to get a completely new experience, learn about African and Ghanian culture, and help poor communities at the same time.
