Mambo! Habari za leo? Hujambo!
All going well in Mvae. The roof of the dispensary has just been completed, and we start on floors and ceiling next week. All working very hard! Erin and I went to the local primary school on Friday and observed and taught 2 classes, which was fantastic. They're very enthusiastic for us to go when we can as there is a severe shortage of teachers (there are at least 100 children per class; one has 210..).
If only the wind would die down a little at times! Very chilly in the mornings and evenings, so the new vols should bring layers and a couple of sweaters.
We would love for anyone to bring some travel speakers out with them - music of an evening would be bliss!! Insect repellent is a 'must' in Dar and Singida, but the wind and cold keep the mosquitoes at bay in Mvae!
We look forward to having the new vols at camp! Enjoy the training week - it really is fantastic! All the best, Ange and the Mvae team x
